How do I cancel my CloudPath Premium subscription?

iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsCloudPathCancel Subscription. Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I switch between monthly and yearly?

Open CloudPath → tap the user icon (top right) → Switch to Yearly / Switch to Monthly, or use Manage / Cancel Subscription. Apple handles proration automatically.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchase on the Account screen. CloudPath subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and work across all your devices.

How do I delete my CloudPath account?

Open the app → tap the user icon (top right) → scroll to the bottom of the Account screen → Delete Account. Two-step confirmation. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel that separately in iOS Settings as described above.

What does Premium include?

Weather forecasts beyond the next two hours (the free tier shows the next two hours only), unlimited offline weather pack downloads for any region, and high-resolution chart rendering.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for Apple subscriptions go through Apple directly: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and report the CloudPath purchase. We can advocate on your behalf if Apple needs context — email us.

My email confirmation link doesn't work

Sign-up confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Open CloudPath, sign in with the same email, and tap Resend confirmation. If that still fails, email us with the address you used.
